Why this matters: breaking these can mean being restricted from creating, having your referral percentage reduced, or having it set to zero. Your commission is where most of your money comes from, so this page is worth the two minutes.

The line is between taking inspiration and taking content. Stitching clips, borrowing a hook, running someone else's format your own way, all fine. Reuploading someone else's video is not.
Hook early. Grab attention by second one or two. Open loops, questions and bold claims work.
Edit inside TikTok or CapCut. Keep it native. Avoid overly polished edits, but keep it clean.
Never do a blatant call to action. Don't say "that's why I use fomo." Show what the app can do, then drop the CTA lightly:
"oh btw the app I'm using is linked in my bio"
